It began with a simple question — could tea rival wine in elegance? One evening, faced with a dish no wine could match, the answer appeared: tea, delicate yet complex. Sparkling Tea was born.
Together Jacob Kocemba and Bo Sten Hansen founded Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company, and on the 26th of May 2017 the first bottle was sold in Copenhagen. It has grown rapidly and is now sold in 50+ countries and served at more than 100 Michelin restaurants worldwide.
The two founders have since the beginning shared the dream of producing the world’s best sparkling low- and non-alcoholic beverage.
